Today’s the day! Today’s the day!

By the time you guys read this, I’ll be in Kathmandu! I have unexpectedly returned to my favourite country for an internship, a chance to reconnect with this beautiful place, and of course, to once again fall in love with the mountains.

While the photos you’ve seen may showcase some stunning natural beauty, the best part about Nepal is the memories you make here. The people, the food, the other travelers, and of course, the trekking… Every little component of your trip will come together to create the most beautiful thing- Nepal.

This country is the most wholesome, magical, welcoming, ELATING place in the world.

What can I say? It’s my heart home.

It is a country of vibrancy and culture… while that’s in every city, I definitely feel it the in Kathmandu and Pokhara, where I’ve made memories that I will never forget. I’ll be living in Pokhara for the next little chapter, and I’m absolutely stoked to be heading back to a place that brings back memories of pure love. I was only there for about a week last year and cannot wait to dig a little deeper into the city.

I’ve never ‘lived’ in a single country for so long during my travels, so I’m sure there will be loads of unexpected occurrences coming your way.

Always such a pleasure being back in this lovely place.
